I chose medicine as my profession, but art has always chosen me.

Somewhere between textbooks and long days, I was still that girl who loved colors, textures, and details. I didn’t just wear outfits — I imagined them. I’d design my own clothes, then search for the perfect potli bag, the right jewelry, something that felt complete.
Because to me, an outfit was never just clothing — it was a feeling.

Time moved on. Life became busy. Dreams were put on pause.
But art… art waited.

Friends and family began noticing my creations. They admired them, loved them, and slowly the questions started coming:
“Can you make one for me?”
“Why don’t you sell these?”

I smiled. I hesitated. Life was already full.

Then one day, I realized something simple yet powerful — I couldn’t find the things I loved anymore. The details were missing. The soul was missing.
So I returned to what felt natural.

I started creating again.

That quiet return to creativity gave birth to Niyya’s Nifty Nook — a small nook filled with handmade dreams, where every piece is thoughtfully designed by me, not to follow trends, but to tell stories.

What began as a personal passion slowly grew into a purpose far greater than I had imagined.

Today, Niyya’s Nifty Nook is a women-led brand that proudly works with incredibly talented household women — women whose hands carry skill, patience, and years of artistry, yet whose circumstances never allowed them to pursue a career.
